- The differences between cost-based, usage-based, and value-based pricing, along with the various motivations behind them.
- Practical methods for SaaS companies to determine the right price.
- Real-life cases from Maarten’s experience, linking theory to practice.
The session concludes with an interactive application on one or two participating companies, where we’ll put the learned strategies into practice.
This Pricing workshop is specifically designed for CxOs. We dive into the tech sector’s jargon and ensure clear explanations of new terms. We help CxOs better understand the language of their CMO, CRO, and CFO, while highlighting the technical implications of different pricing strategies.
