CTO Leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a CTO, you are the formal leader of the technical experts in your organization and an informal leader to many others. Your role requires you to lead, delegate, and influence\u2014but these may not always be your strongest skills. Depending on
the situation, you may face challenges that test your leadership approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This training provides useful concepts, practical examples, and discussions to help you identify your leadership style and learn how to adapt when needed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      What you’ll get<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      This training consists of two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. The training day starts in the morning with participants to introduce their case and while they do, their preferred leadership style<\/strong> will be identified. As a group leadership styles are explored and the model of situational leadership<\/strong> will be introduced to practices with after lunch. The remainder of the afternoon will be spent on personalities<\/strong> and team dynamics<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The second online session is for the participants to share their learning and what they applied in practice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        • Lunch is foreseen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • End workshop at 17:00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The closing online session will be held on October 7 from 12:30 til 14:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You\u2019ll pay \u20ac 1.250. SMEs in Flanders who use the KMO Portefeuille will only pay \u20ac 875 themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
